I ordered a crystal bracelet expecting it to look like the pictures, but the colors were way off and the size was totally different. it’s kind of ridiculous how different it looked when it arrived. Disappointing overall

A few of them looked real to me, but others just gave me a weird feeling and seemed a little questionable. I can’t say for sure either way, but I was expecting to feel more confident about them. i ended up feeling a bit disappointed and uneasy about the purchase

I had a frustrating time trying to place my order because a few things I wanted ended up being out of stock. What made it more annoying was that some items looked available at first, but after clicking around, they weren’t. I also got transferred around when I tried to get help, which just made the whole thing feel like more of a hassle. The site itself is okay, but the inventory really needs to be kept more up to date

My crystal showed up chipped, and the box had almost no padding in it. It kind of felt like I had to beg them to care about basic damage prevention, which just left me feeling resentful. Really disappointing, especially for something fragile

The box was in good shape too, with nothing damaged inside. The tracking took a little while to update at first, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid option if you’re thinking about ordering from them. 4 stars from me.

I had an issue with my order and the whole back and forth just dragged on without actually fixing much. I was hoping this would feel a bit more unique, but it looked like the same kind of stuff I’ve seen in a bunch of other crystal shops. For what it cost, I expected something a little more special, so I was kind of disappointed
